I am a lifelong patient of Britten Dental and am always pleased with the care that I receive. Dr. Nick and staff are extremely professional and compassionate. My hygienist, Deanna, is fantastic! She is very thorough and makes sure that I am completely comfortable and relaxed during my teeth cleanings. Everyone at Britten Dental is top notch and experts in the field. Deanna, Stephanie, Kathryn, Jen, Larisa and Christy are heartwarming and knowledgeable. Since age 12, I have entrusted my health to Dr. Leonard and Nicholas Britten and their entire staff. I truly feel like a family member.

10-year update to my original review: It just keeps getting better. I’ve now been a patient at Britten Dental for over 10 years, and I can genuinely say the level of care has only improved over time. This past year I had to deal with some other health issues that also affected my dental health, and Dr. Britten went far beyond what I would have expected. He spent a considerable amount of his own time putting together a personalized treatment plan that addressed my dental needs while also making sure it wouldn’t interfere with my other medical treatments. That meant a lot to me because it showed that his priority was doing what was best for me as a patient, not simply running a dental practice. Dr. Britten truly cares about his patients, and after 10 years I can say that attitude is reflected throughout the entire office. It really is part of the culture there. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone treats you like a person and seems genuinely interested in making your experience as positive as possible. My most recent visit is a perfect example. I had a badly broken tooth and was in horrible pain. When I called, the front office could tell how much pain I was in and worked to get me in right away. That’s when Christy came to the rescue. I honestly didn’t expect there was much anyone could do as a temporary fix because the tooth was broken pretty badly. Christy went to work on it with the skill and patience of an artist. Within minutes I could feel the difference. I was shocked at how much relief she was able to give me. She created a temporary solution that worked incredibly well, and now, more than a week later, I’m still pain free. That temporary fix was more important than it may sound. Instead of being forced to make a quick decision because I was desperate for the pain to stop, I now have time to work with Dr. Britten on the best long-term solution for me. Christy is incredibly skilled, and every time I see her she has a smile on her face and a positive attitude that immediately makes you feel comfortable. She deserves to be recognized by name for the care she provides. Dr. Britten is an amazing dentist, but what really makes Britten Dental special is that he has surrounded himself with people who are equally exceptional at what they do. The entire team is top shelf. After more than 10 years as a patient, I still wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Britten Dental to anyone looking for a dentist. Give them a try and see if you don’t notice the difference. I guess I’ll update this review again after my next 10 years as a patient! Initial review from 10 years ago: Great visits every time. Never a wait, everyone is happy to spend time with me and explain whatever area is their responsibility. Always given options rather than directions and then when I decide we work together to reach the goals. Always on time, that's a HUGE factor for me. Always met with a smile and a friendly hello by name. Just a wonderful experience all around. The office staff always make me smile and the providers are patient, professionals, who obviously care about the people they care for. Never before have I enjoyed seeing the dentist, now I look forward to the visits. I wish I had the words to explain just how great this place is.

The staff is very friendly and great at communication. Deanna is a wonderful hygienist who does a great job of educating and is very thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Nick Britten and his whole staff.
